Excelente equipo para ofimática, tiene rejilla de ventilación trasera por lo que no calienta si lo usas sobre la cama, reproduce contenido multimedia con fluidez y la pantalla se abre con una mano.

So, I am not a gamer and also didn't expect to do any 3D modeling or Video editing. I needed a solid little Windows 11 laptop with 16GB of mem, 1/2TB of SSD space, WIFI 6, and BT 5+. I use this laptop to go around my shop and hook up and control various plasma CNC, wood CNC, 3D Printers, laser systems, and custom Arduino based inventions I manage. I design the models on my main pc and have a shared network drive that this CHUWI laptop connects to over the WIFI network.I will say that the 12th Gen Intel N100 and video surprised me. I can do any office type work, emails, browsing, video streaming, etc. I waited several months before writing this review, to make sure it at least earned is ~$300 price tag. And it has with flying colors, I have no clue how they can produce a product at this level and price point. I have recommended this laptop to several friends and family, and 2 have been bought so far, and they say the same.Any way, if anything changes, I will update this review. Have a great day

Costo/Beneficio es simplemente excelente!Ofimática, navegación web, multimedia, e incluso juegos, no excesivamente exigentes claro está!Mi único problema, son las teclas, y me refiero a los símbolos de puntuación y demás, no son los especificados en cada tecla, hasta ahora puedo usar una tilde!

I was hoping to replace a 7 year old $400 HP laptop that has a broken hinge with this one. I've been disappointed with my purchase. I use Thunderbird for my email client, and when you delete a group of emails on the old HP it was almost instantaneous, but on the Chuwi, it can take 20-30 seconds! I also have had issues with the touchpad. It isn't very responsive, and tends to jump around the screen. It also jumps around a lot when you are typing as your palms are resting on the trackpad. Most laptops have some smarts to avoid this.I did open a case with Chuwi on the touchpad. They had me send them a video of the issue. They then offered to have me send (at my expense) the laptop back to China to have it looked it. They said "The whole process may take 2 months"!This was a bit of an experiment on my part to see if a $300 laptop was any good. I now have my answer.EDIT: Because of this post, Chuwi support US contacted me. They offered to pay for my shipping and replace the unit. The new unit has some of the same issues, but seems a little less jumpy than the original. I think we'll be able to use it at least. Might have to get a real mouse for when I have it on a table or desk, doesn't help on the lap though. I think as long as you don't have super high expectations, this could be an ok laptop for someone considering the price.
