It nice and thick. Very solid. My 70-lb dog will not be able to break it easy lol...very good for he money. durable even in cold weather... -30deg C

This cable is EXTRA HEAVY DUTY! Awesome. I bought my 1st 2 from somewhere else, and I needed 2 more, so I ordered them, but I haven't received these ones yet. I didn't know that they were supposed to be used as the overhead cable, and I have been using them as tie-outs for my goats and my LGD dog, while I'm mending fencing.Update: Received these 2 today, and they are the same as my others. I love these cables, and I hope they never change the way they are made! These look like they will last a LONG time!

Very sturdy thick and durable! Holds my dog very well. And she can't chew through it! If you have a dog that likes to chew on everything like mine, get this... my dog can't get through this. It is heavy, so it's not suitable for a tiny dog, but it works perfectly for my large breed dog.

I use this for my growing 65 pound Doberman and it's one heck of a strong cable. Any large dog can be attached to this. A poodle would be too small for this cable. It really is that strong and thick. The strength also depends on what you attach this cable to in your yard. My dog had flying runs to chase a groundhog and a squirrel and it didn't break. I could see the side of my patio leaving with the dog! It's heavier than it looks. I wouldn't hesitates about attaching a Mastiff or a Great Dane with this one. One issue is BE VERY CAREFUL! I got whiplash when my dog ran around me and I got it rubbed on my bare ankle. Another disaster is getting the dog to wrap it around your ankle while running. You can get seriously hurt...this and a big dog on the play I advise be aware of where the cable is. I have two burns on my ankle from my rowdy 10 month old bum. He meant well 🤕 But it's a great buy!

Well made. It is what I was looking for. I think I could of went lighter, but it still works fine. My dog is a blue lacy and is 50 lbs
