¿Quién puede beneficiarse de un cinturón de levantamiento de pesas?
Los cinturones de levantamiento aumentan la presión intraabdominal. Aumentar la presión en tu núcleo a través de nuestro cinturón de entrenamiento te hará sentir más seguro y aumentará la estabilidad de tu núcleo, dándote mucha más potencia al levantar pesos pesados. I was a bit worried before buying because nylon belts are not as robust and stiff as leather belts, but this one is as close as it gets to the stiffness of leather belt... really love the built quality, the look and ease of use.I recommend

Needed a lightweight base layer for a trip to Alaska and these were perfect. They give an added layer of warmth without bulk or overheating. Size fits as expected. The only drawback is the waistband doesn’t stretch as much as I’d like. Length was good. Ordered a small.

First of all, these are not leggings that you would wear solo. They're a thermal layer to wear under other clothes.With that being said, I like these thermal bottoms. They're very thin, but not so thin that I'd consider them tights/stockings. You can see your underwear while wearing them because they stretch (which is why I emphasize they aren't meant to be worn solo.) They provide a small amount of warmth, perfect for a chilly day. I wear them under my jeans or work uniform. The fact that they're thin and soft make them easy to slip other pants on over them. They fit true to size. If you're in between sizes, you may be able to go one size up since they're pretty stretchy.I bought several of these to use over the past 3 seasons (Fall/Winter/Spring). I've been traveling and the weather has been pretty erratic. The thermal bottoms have come in handy - especially when the temperature wildly fluctuates throughout the day. It's just enough to get me through a cold morning commute to work. (It doesn't make me feel completely warm and toasty, but it cuts out the "bite" when you layer jeans over it in 50° weather.) It's thin enough that I still feel comfortable wearing it when the weather hikes up to 70° mid-day. And it's also nice to sleep in on occassion when I turn the thermostat down to save a little extra money.I bought three of these bottoms in total. All have held up well after at least 10 washes on a normal cycle. (I don't wash them with jeans or any clothing with abrasive material, like velcro.) I haven't had issues with pilling or snagging yet, but I think these will inevitably succumb to those issues since they are a thin, soft, stretchy material. So far they've held up much better than other comparable brands, and I got them for a good price. Just the fact that I've been able to wear one bottom over 10 times without any issues makes me feel they're a good quality for the price I paid.I think these would be perfect for healthcare workers who wear scrubs in cooler hospital environments, or for those who generally feel cold all the time.

la calidad de los materiales es buena, el velcro es muy resistente, el seguro para fijar el tamaño es muy bueno, no permite que se safe o tenga juego, el porte de la espalda es de muy buen tamaño para cubrir la espalda baja, no te deja marca alguna aun cuando hagas mucho esfuerzo o la aprietes mucho.En general es buen producto.

This is the second pair I ordered. The ones I bought a month before are just what I was looking for, so bought this second pair. They fit just the way I wanted, perfect length for me, very warm but not heavy. I wasn't sure about the fleece lining, but it doesn't feel like that so it was just right. I bought them as thermals under my jeans, and they are comfortable indoors or out, under my pants or by themselves indoors.

Excellent product.I am 240 lbs and I bought the XL and there is plenty of room. I have been using it for a month now working out 4-6 days a week and it is still holding up. It seemed at first just hard cardboard and thought it would be flimsy. NOT the case. Worth it for the price
