We got this a size up for future hikes with the kids.I even tried it on and it actually fits my feet (size 5) albeit a bit snugly though. Feels comfortable and has good traction.I like the sneaker profile for a hiking shoe. The waterproof material is great. It didn’t feel stiff, but comfortable.Wish there were more color options. For young girls, they want bright color galore.

These are lace up shoes so if you have a tiny human, just know you'll have to either replace the laces or tie them each day for them. The quality of these shoes is consistent with other Columbia products. I would assume some water resistance. The shoe fits as expected and is fairly priced for the quality.
