Material is good but the messed up on the seam, so I can't fold it into a couch

The arm/back rests did not include enough foam to inflate firmly. I ordered 10 extra lbs of compressed memory foam pieces to make them firm.

The couch came so that the main cushions were backwards so the couch could never fold on to it's self like it's supposed to and never be able to lay flat. You have to ship back UPS and I had no idea how I was going to get it back in to a box to ship back. So we cut it down the middle to make it functional. One of the back/side cushion is already got a seem splitting and we have had it for less than a week.If it came correctly and craftsmanship was better it would have gotten a much better review. We do like it with the modifications we had to do to make it work. I wasn't looking for something spectacular just a foam couch that lays flat for guests.....so I am disappointed. The cushions are nice and supportive though

This convertible sofa bed is so comfortable and so convenient! Very good quality, and is so cute in my living room. I love the lay down option as well as folding it up when just needing a couch. Well worth the value!
