Former state & national gymnast here. I grew up doing calisthenics. This has been helpful for me to back in the swing of things after gaining so much weight. I’m 270 lbs, 5”9” tall and this thing hold my solid thick self easily. No topping when I use it either. My only complaint is that the bars are a little thin. I’m short but I have big hands. So to help fill out my grip, I cut some pool noodles around it and it’s a help. Or you may want to use a wash cooler small towel. It’s very portable. I recently moved 2 hours away and this was very simple to put in the back of a u-haul. Those are some resistance bands I’m using until I get my strength back.

Amazing. instructions were very clear and it took me no longer than 15 minutes to assemble. I was able to do my calisthenics workouts with confidence, as it feels very sturdy.

Wenn man den Platz für den Power Tower hat, ist er ein perfektes Allroundgerät für Calisthenics-Begeisterte. Für mich ist er mehr als nur ein Trainingsgerät, da ich viel spaß beim Training damit habe und man ein großes Spektrum an Übungen abdecken kann.Ob vom klassischen Dip bis hin zum front & back Lever, den Planche und sogar Klimmzügen in L-Sit Position ist alles möglich.Der Power Tower ist sehr stabil und wackelt nicht. Durch seine Standfüße aus Gummi gibt es auch keine Kratzer am Parkett wenn man ihn mal verschiebt. Auch Geräusche kann man beim Training am Gerät nicht feststellen. Bin absolut begeistert --> Kaufempfehlung

The bars are excellent! They are high enough and the base is wide enough to provide great stability for the majority of exercises. Additionally there's a possibility to fix it to the floor in case you want to do high swinging or jumps. Also even my 4-years daughter found they convenient for a variety of pull-ups.
