This review is for the 3 piece set of pans, all perfect of cooking everything from pan flans, crepes and roti to small fry-cakes, and whole dinners. I love cast iron - collect them as well as use them and with the addition of this set of 3 I now have about 45+ I've even given some to my grandson as he appreciates cooking with cast iron as well.All being said, if you're not familiar with cast iron, Don't put them in your dishwasher, don't wash and air dry and learn how to care for, strip and re-season if/when necessary and they'll last you forever.
