We have a party every year and rent a sno cone machine. These worked great to hold them. Kids liked the straw colors and they were durable.

This are requirement for Icy drinks! To reach the bottom, push down slightly on straw to form shovel and get the very bottom! Colors help ID whose is whose and which one may not contain alcohol.

For just a couple cents a unit, this is exactly what you'd expect of a straw-spoon for shave ice. Sure the scoop could be bigger and the plastic could be less flimsy, but again, the price should temper your expectations.
