I got this for doctor visits since doctors offices are generally cold and they want the baby stripped down to the diaper. So naturally it lives in the diaper bag. I ended up having to use it for the first time in the grocery store actually. My baby boy just hit 2 months and I don't like the idea of changing his clothes in a public place. Changing his diaper in a public setting gives me enough anxiety. Well as boys do, he peed while i was changing him and it got his clothes. We weren't done shopping yet so I just undressed him and put him in his robe. It did the job and kept him warm in the high winds of Oaklahoma. Plus he looked absolutely adorable.

I'm in the process of designing and building a min carousel. My plan is to use one of these flanges to connect an 8mm brass rod serving as a drive shaft to one of the 15" diameter rotating surfaces. The expectation is that the shaft will pass completely through the flange and then be secured with the set screws. However, the flange does not maintain the full 8mm interior diameter all the way through. With about .001" left before the base of the flange is fully drilled through, leaving the diameter of the hole at the base of the flange just shy of the full 8mm width. The brass rod is very cleanly cut, but i just tried an easier alternative to trying to file or redrill the hardened steel flange. I took the rod, pressed the end again the flange hole at the base and forcefully turned it. Whopee. Apparently the end of the shaft was a tiny bit flared at the cut because now the shaft easily pushes through the flange. I'm overjoyed!

Bellísima, pero dudo de su funcionabilidad porque no es tela de toalla, sino más de cobija de esas suavecitas. Recomiendo para recién nacidos porque sí es muy pequeña.

Just be aware the mounting holes are not threaded, and are drilled about 2 degrees off rotation versus the threaded hole in the shaft. This probably won't affect 99.9% of applications.
