It's a KVM switch. Not much is expected out of it other than switching between workstations when selected. It does that just as expected. Setup is fairly straight forward. I would recommend for anyone running a work and home computer from their home like I do. My work computer requires a VPN connection and I have to run it separately. This works flawlessly when transitioning between the two PCs.

I got this one because after some use, my previous version started exhibiting some weird behavior. I decided it was time to upgrade since I use this KVM to support switching between my home PC and my work PC for WFH. Apart from the KVM switch not recognizing the USB portion of the USB C dock I use for my work laptop, (which is tricky at the best of times with even the most expensive KVMs as I understand it) this KVM has worked flawlessly.On one hand I wish it still had the option to use the keyboard to switch between the devices, using a hotkey command, but having a dedicated button was incredibly useful since I was able to use double sided tape and mount it on the underside of my desk. While I can't confirm this, I also would be willing to bet that having a dedicated button will help to sidestep some of the stability issues that eventually cropped up in my previous model.Overall, I am very pleased with this KVM, and while some people might need more features or different features, I think that if you need to have 2 HDMI monitors and 3 USB 3 devices switch between 2 computers, this is likely the best bang for the buck you can get.

The switch is working pretty well. -1 star because there is no hdmi cables in the package(it is good to have when you are proposing dual monitor connection). It is 6 cables in total needed for full functionality, at least 4 is good to have(for computers) from the box.

Purchased in Jan 2024.Started using in March 2024.In a few months of using KVM Switch, I have noticed rare occurrence of flickering and lost connection w/ keyboard and mouse - maybe once a week. After 6 months, this issue occurring more frequently where it actually interrupts with my work. And I haven't used it since.

This product is great. Value is there and gets the job done but what truly made me want to leave a review is the customer service had made a slight mistake with wiring and thought something was wrong but customer service helped me get everything up and running and now it’s working great.
