Arrived in stated time slot and in perfect condition. Keeps coffee hot from 8am to 1pm even with snap seal open. Refill at 1pm lasts the rest of the working day. Exactly what I needed. Top tip- do not put boiling water in with dish soap to shake and wash out. Pressure build up causes volcano style release when opening snapseal. Take heed.

The product is excellent and it keeps the hot drink and cold drinks temperature fixed as it is indicated on the product label.I gave it two stars as the Contigo Byron the 710ml (this volume in not found in Saudi Arabia) was shipped from amazon USA in a paper envelope to Saudi Arabia, I received it with two dents , note the product is made from hard metal.

Tengo otros termos de esta marca y funcionan de maravilla, este en particular no se a que se deberá pero no retiene el calor como lo indica, son del mismo fabricante "Contigo".
