Unlike other flashing modules that only do a few fast flashes, then a few slow ones, and then solid, there are 16 different modes you can choose, including specific ones for LED bulbs vs. halogen.Plus, this one is much smaller, so I can fit it in the lamp housing of my scooter.

The product indicates black/red side as input. I tried two from the package for an led brake light set up. Neither would create a strobe. All I got was a normal steady light. I've used similar ones in the past, so it's not that I don't know what I'm doing.
