My husband loves these shirts. They fit well and look great on him. They are soft and comfortable (his words). Well worth the cost especially since he is happy.

For ren fair I tried ordering a woman's shirt but I could not stand the itchy elastic. This was a perfect purchase. Comfy and will work with my outfit. I wear a 1x in women's and ordered an xlarge in this shirt.

I can't knock this shirt too much because it is basically what it looks like in the picture. That said, it's very funky. If you are going for a bohemian kind of look, or a throwback to another century (Seinfeld's pirate shirt?) it will work for that. It looks kind of like the upper half of a Victorian-era nightshirt or something you would wear if you were auditioning for "Hamlet." The texture is kind of stiff, like thicker medical scrubs (pull-on shirt, not very stretchable). The drawstring around the chest is functional, but I'm not sure what the point is. If you pulled it tight you would have to tie the strings into a bow and... I don't think that would look any better.I can see this working for some people, though, so don't be too put off when I say it's not for me. Your mileage will surely vary depending on your sex-appeal and eccentricity, but I don't think I'm quite Johnny Depp enough to pull this off in public.

This shirt has a tan color and a wrinkly texture. Feels great as it is of natural fibers (80/20, cotton and linen). Because of the wrinkly texture, there is no wrinkle concerns needing no ironing. The short otherwise lays flat. I washed it under normal cycle. I an XL but ordered a XXL. It was too big until the wash and then it is just right. It looks good and comfortable.

The size I ordered fit well. It's a very nice, light cotton shirt to wear during the summer, or at home during other parts of the year.
