Not too long, good loose fit. Very comfortable and breathable. Would buy again.

I'm giving these a 3.5 star rating.I got these for light exercise and lounge shorts.They look nice.The sizing chart is fairly accurate. I usually wear a L or XL, but based on the numbers I got the XXL (wish I would have gotten the XL). This size is a little too loose, so have to rely on the draw-string more than I'd like.The material is rough on the outside and a somewhat smoother on the inside. They do rub and can get a little uncomfortable with too much pressure and motion (i.e. probably don't want to do seated leg presses in them, or similar activity). The outer material does go around the elastic waistband which does get the rougher material against the waist which could be a problem if too small a size of shorts is ordered.The material is lightweight and breathable.The drawstring ends are metal rather than plastic (don't know if that's a good or bad thing.If you don't mind rougher material, these are pretty nice shorts.

Material is not soft for how light weight it is. Holding up to a light it’s potentially see thru in the right conditions. I don’t hate these, maybe for around the house use?

I really like Coofandy clothes, and these shorts have a lot to recommend them. Comfortable, cool, versatile and I believe they will be pretty durable. For me there is one very odd downside: I ordered khaki and dark khaki, and the color is not great. More like flesh tones for panty hose. Definitely not khaki, beige or light brown.I will still use them for exercise and/or lounge, but not for public consumption.

Very happy with these shorts from Coofandy. They make a lot of nice clothing. The shorts have good elastic to stay in place even without tying the strings. Pockets are reasonably deep. The material is slightly stretchy and very comfortable, and the pattern gives them a little 'dressy' appearance over normal athletic shorts. A big plus for me was the 7 inch drop, as many shorts like these are unseemly long when you get to higher waist sizes. These stayed true to the stated length. The wash up easily and wear great so far.
