I purchased this strap for my child’s saxophone case. He has only had it for a month and a half now, and only carries his instrument to and from school two times a week, and already the strap has come undone, while the instrument is being picked up or carried, and it kind of flies up and hits whoever is trying to carry or lift instrument. This has also happened to my husband when he has picked up my son’s saxophone case with this strap. I would like to get a refund at this point because we have to take it off and find something else to use. I would not recommend purchasing this.

Great shoulder strap. The “claw” type buckles were much sturdier than I expected. Each buckle tested to 50 pounds with no problem. The other potential weak point would be the strap to the shoulder pad. The stitching and the rubber connection at this location shows no sign of failure or stress after the 50-pound test.Regarding the claw buckles, they are a good solution to provide a large enough opening to attach to a wide variety of connection types. I used mine to help support a tool belt, and the larger opening let me connect to a 3/4” wide loop. Good thinking on the manufacturer’s part.The length of the strap can be adjusted from 40” to 62”. Note, the website description states the maximum length as 67-1/2”. Not very accurate, and my measurement was taken from end to end of the buckles.The padded strap is ribbed, and I found that there was enough air flow to reduce the sweat that I typically get where the strap meets the shoulder. I did not feel any pressure points due to the ribbing on the strap. Not really fashionable enough for purses, it’s a pretty big strap. But all in all, a great utilitarian shoulder strap for computer bags, tool belts, etc.

My son used this for only 1 month before the metal hook broke. The quality “looked” good when it was received, but it obviously was not made well. Would not buy again..

Product is very well made but the hooks were a bit too large to attach my case.

Like it. Feel the cushion on shoulder strap may not hold up.
