I'm disappointed that they didn't size the pmic thermal pad right. As it is, the thermal pad has zero contact with the pmic with ending up with air gap of 2mm between both sides.Also the ram runs hot for being double sided and loses stability if overvolted past its 1.40v spec, even with a ram fan blowing on top of it. So don't expect to run it at 6400mhz or higher without modifying the original heatsinks and losing your warranty in the process.Tested on a 9800x3d cpu and b650 steel legend motherboard.

Using this with an AMD 7900x in MSI tomahawk b650 wifi motherboard. Able to get the advertised speeds of 6000MT/s at CL 30. Check your motherboard's compatibility page for memory before buying this though because it is very expensive.
