My car is old, the seats are old. Over a decade of use and sun damage is definitely starting to show. I had a secondhand experience with Coverado covers and was impressed enough to give them a try on my own vehicle. The packaging is a bit weird, I thought I might have ordered a sheet set and not car covers, but whatever. The covers themselves immediately give the impression of premium quality, the material looks and feels great and the stitching seems flawless. Installation is dirt easy, though I personally found the headrest piece fit better backwards than forwards. The back is a few button and pieces to feed through the seat to loops on the back, the seat is two buckles and two hooks, the headrest is just velcro. The fit was far snugger than my previous seat covers, as well as being more secure. Especially the seat portion used to slide a lot as I got in and out of the vehicle, this one stays put far better.All that sounds great, right? Where's the tie-in to this mysterious tagline? Well, there is one controversial bit about these covers in my opinion. Look at one of the color options (red or blue), those sections that are black are raised. Like really raised. That's right, these seat covers are ribbed for your...comfort. They are so ridged that it actually raises your seat height (not great for me at 6'5"). They are so thick that if you have heated seats you can actually feel the pattern on your skin. It almost reminds me of those wooden bead seat covers, not quite as extreme but absolutely a distinct feeling to sit on. I am here for it though, I have enjoyed it myself. But I can definitely see it bothering some folks.

This is one gorgeous seat cover set in my opinion! They are well made, durable, and high quality all around with regard to their design and construction, and they fit my seats very well. They are also comfortable and easy to keep clean. I think this set is an excellent value at this price point, so I highly recommend this product with five stars all the way!
