I use these on my plastic wrap box. They are a half inch too long (figured I'd get them that way incase other boxes I use were a bit longer). Thought about cutting one to box length, but I would have had to cut off one of the end "stops".Instead, I adjusted the box by opening the right end of the box as you are looking at it, sliding the cutter on it and taping the box end back closed. The cutter does hang over about a half inch, but that's ok as it is now outside of the box with the box end taped. Works great. I don't mind taping the box end shut as the box itself will be trashed when empty anyway (and of course, I'll save the cutter for the next box).

Those edges on foil and wrap don’t need to be out. Works great. Fabulous idea

I mounted these on the boxes of foil and waxed paper and am thrilled with how much nicer it is than the serrated blades that come on the box

These really do make cutting plastic wrap easy. Any complaints about being to long for the box are stupid. Of course, it is longer than the box. How else is the cutter going to pass the full length of the wrap? Just cut or tear the corners of the box.

These can be great but they are longer than most wrap boxes (and shorter than some). But they work great if you can improvise. I mounted one on a wood box I made to hold a box of plastic wrap (see photo). I also fitted one to a wax paper box by cutting part away of the corners next to the saw tooth cutter provided on the box. Both work ok but the wood box is best. The cutter company (or supplier) should make a similer box to sell with the cutters.
