These fans all turned as advertised but they were very noisy. I checked each fan with the decibal meter on my iPhone and they were all very close. Too noisy to use in my TiVo.

Got these as a replacement fan for a Tivo OTA. Perfect fit, and seems to work, but a little loud. Not loud enough to be super annoying, but when I'm sitting 10 feet away from my Tivo, I can clearly hear it (keep in mind the fan is mounted deep inside the Tivo, buried next to the motherboard). The original fan that came with the Tivo was near silent, but super expensive at $30 a pop, which is outrageous. For the price, I'm happy with these. The first of five fans has been running for almost a year, and still seems to be going strong.

I had been getting the "hydraulic bearing" version of these for my TiVo Roamio, but I found that they would last anywhere from a few months to a few weeks before they start whining and making a lot of noise. I had a few that lasted days, and a couple that lasted 6 months or more. I decided to try these "dual ball bearing" ones since they supposedly last longer. I've tried two so far, and both were crazy loud right out of the box. In both cases I replaced the fan in less than 24 hours, not because it GOT loud, but because it STARTED loud and I couldn't tolerate it. I'm starting to wonder how a TiVo Roamio would do without a fan...?

It is great paint ! My grandkids love using sponges to paint, so it is thick enough to dap some up out of a bowl! Easy clean up from sponges and brushes! Great value too! Thick bottles and squeeze out in aluminum recycle pans too😉!

good for 3d printers but way to loud fot tv boxes . also the the wires were the wrong way round .
