I love this brand and its quality but the packaging is awful 😞All them were broken in their case in a small piece.I’m so curious why they don’t take a look at these reviews and solve the problem 🧐🧐

This is a nice white chalk, but it was packaged poorly and arrived broken into pieces. There was protective paper in the box, but the chalk was put on the bottom of the box under the paper, so it didn’t do anything.
