The door closes into a soft rubber portion of the door stop. Several stock finishes are offered to match most popular decors. The door stop fits glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4 to 3/8 inch (6 to 10 millimeters). Door stop is secured to glass with nylon tipped screw. No glass fabrication is required. Minimum order is one each.

Doesn’t fit unless your glass door has a gap thicker than the metal thickness of this product. About 3/16”. My shower doors have a gap of 1/8”

This product met our needs to stop the shower door from slamming into the wall. This will prevent tiles from getting cracked or shattering the glass. I am very pleased that it does just that, stop the door.

I bought this product to stop our shower door from swinging open too far. It fits the glass but requires a gap so large that it won’t work. I would guess that you’d need at least a 1/4” or more for it work properly. If I had that gap all the water would fly out. I feel that this important fact should be stated by the manufacturer. I returned it but lost $17.00 shipping both ways..which was more than this cost. Amazon A-Z guarantee was no help at all! Read other complaints about this on Amazon.com but obviously they don’t care either. Shame on you Amazon!
