Funcionó muy bien en una MacBook Pro 2013

Llegó antes de lo esperado y bien protegido. La instalación es sencilla. Definitivamente es lo que necesitaba mi laptop, ahora enciende más rápido.

Funciona de maravilla. En su momento, hizo que mi notebook fuera mucho más rápida.

Un muy buen SSD, lectura y escritura muy rápida. Llevo más de 3 años con el y sin problema alguno.

Le puse esto en julio de 2024, este modelo de Mac aún no tiene el disco soldado y se pudo cambiar sin problema, solo es sumamente importante que por cualquier cosa hagas un respaldo, y le pidas a un especialista que te clone tu disco original a este. También coloqué 16 GB de RAM. Antes de hacer estos cambios, se tardaba mucho en prender, el tener varios programas abiertos ya era prácticamente imposible, esto la renovó totalmente, ahora prende rapidísimo, puedo tener varios programas de adobe abiertos al mismo tiempo (he tenido Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign al mismo tiempo y funciona muy bien). Trabajo con Photoshop, Illustrator y Chrome con bastantes pestañas (Chrome consume bastante de los recursos de la lap) y todo super bien. Funciona muy bien! 👌

Estou escrevendo essa review depois de aproximadamente 8 meses de uso, e o SSD continua em perfeito estado. Fez uma diferença absurda na performance do meu notebook, hoje não sei mais viver sem SSD xD. Muito bom mesmo, pode comprar sem medo.

es muy rapido obvio viniendo de HDD. buen precio y calidad.solo tuve dos inconvenientes. 1 hay que hacerle PROVISIONING ( ocupar cierta cantidad de espacio para la parte de provisioning. para alargar la vida del ssd y mejoria.) me tiraba error RPC/COM no disponible.tuve que ir a diskmanagment y ahi crear partition de 46gb que es lo que recomiendan.ya dentro de la app de storage executive ya puedes crear provisioning yo me fui a lo recomendado 46GB.hay una cosa buen y mala. lo bueno es la garantia que te ofrece. perooo.... donde no me gusto fue que para hacer valida la garantia de 5 anios tienes que mandar tu SSD a ellos. pero ellos estan en USA. yo no se por que tiene website de crucial MX. y sus socios en mexico siendo amazon uno de ellos.. use amazon,mx y lo compre en mexico por que debo de mandarlo a USA.?? para en ese caso aya se compra a mejor precio. deberian de tner una surcursal o lugar que se le haga llegar SSD par garantia en mexico.

El SSD en sí es una maravilla.Lo bueno:Es bastante rápido en comparación con otros SSD tipo sata, no le pide nada a los NVME.Es de fácil instalación siempre y cuando la computadora a actualizar tenga los requerimientos necesarios.Ya viene actualizado el firmware, por lo que no hay necesidad de descargar nada.Es bastante ligero sin embargo la calidad de los materiales se sienten premium.Lo malo:Incluye una lámina de plástico para ajustarlo a las carcasas donde viene el HDD de fábrica de las pc's. Sin embargo es poco útil. Usualmente terminas retirando por completo la carcasa.Conclusión.El SSD es de los mejores que puedes adquirir y tiene una buena relación costo-calidad, costo-beneficio. Definitivamente es un must para volver más rápida tu pc.Como persona principiante en la actualización de hardware debo advertir que no solo se fijen en lo básico de su pc a la hora de ver la compatibilidad. Se debe tomar en cuenta el modelo de placa madre, la versión SATA, las velocidades que admite, pero también la arquitectura que manejas, el tipo de arranque que maneja la bios, etc.

Nachdem meine alte SSD etwas Platzprobleme bekam, war es nun höchste Zeit eine größere zu besorgen und ich bin begeistert.Lieferung, wie von Amazon gewohnt, schnell und unkompliziert. Aber das ist ja nur Nebensache, bei einer Rezension geht es ja um das Produkt und weniger um den Service des Händlers. Auch wenn man diesen natürlich nicht außer Acht lassen sollte.Einbau der SSD unkompliziert, allerdings da mein Gehäuse etwas beengt ist, habe ich sie außen an den Laufwerkskäfig mittels Stand-Offs befestigt. Stand-Offs sind die Abstandshalter, die unter ein Mainboard kommen, einfach jeweils 2 Stück übereinander, das ganze an die SSD, gegen den Laufwerkskäfig setzen und mit normalen HDD Schrauben von innen befestigen. Ist sauber und einfach und sorgt auch für gute Luftzirkulation.Arconis True Image hatte ich bereits am Vortag heruntergeladen (Link gibt es auf der Crucial Webseite) und installiert. Programm starten, Klonen auswählen, evtl. nach ausgewählter Methode Quelle und Ziellaufwerk angeben und ob die bestehende Partition erweitert werden soll. Meine alte HDD war nur 240GB groß mit gut 200 GB belegt also ja, bitte allen Speicher der Hauptpartition zuweisen und dementsprechend erweitern. Dann das Klonen starten, erste Anzeige sagt 16 Minuten, also aufstehen, Kaffee ansetzen (Espresso, frisch gemahlen und im Espressokocher für den Herd, Zubereitungszeit ca. 5 Minuten). Dann wieder an den PC und uuuupppsss ist schon fertig. Das war rasend schnell. PC herunterfahren, SATA Kabel umgesteckt, alte SSD erstmal nicht wieder angeschlossen. Neu gestartet und alles funktioniert auf Anhieb.Der Startprozess war gefühlt schneller als bei der alten SSD. Liegt aber wohl auch daran, dass jetzt alles schön geordnet auf der SSD liegt, so wie sie am schnellsten und besten drauf zugreifen kann (SSDs arbeiten da anders als HDDs, bei einer HDD ist es besser wenn die Daten zusammenhängend auf der Platte liegen, so muss der Schreib-Lesekopf nicht hin und herfahren und suchen, bei einer SSD liegen Dateien auf verschiedene Speichermodule verteilt was einen paralellen Zugriff auf die Speicher erlaubt, mal so ganz grob aus 10000 Metern Höhe erklärt, da kommt noch eine Menge anderer Magie hinzu).Dann mal eben die SMART Infos ausgelesen, SSD ist brandneu mit 0 Betriebsstunden, keinerlei Fehlern oder sonstigen Ungereimtheiten.Crystal DiskInfo gestartet und schnell die Performance gemessen... und wowwww, die ist performant. 565MB im sequentiellen Schreiben, gute 60MB schneller als meine alte PNY SSD. Über Sata kriegt man gute 600MB maximal, das Interface selbst bietet 6Gb (Gigabit) und man kann grob sagen das ergibt eine Netto-Datenrate von 600MB (also Megabyte), der Rest geht für Verwaltungsaufgaben und Protokolloverhead drauf. Diese SSD liegt also so ziemlich am Limit was geht bzw. gehen darf. Andere SSD (ausgenommen NVMe) für teilweise erheblich mehr Geld sind langsamer und bieten auch nur TLC Bausteine an (TLC = Triple Level Cell, sprich es können 3 bit pro Speicherzelle gespeichert werden, SLC = Single Level Cell, es wird ein Bit pro Zelle gespeichert, SLCs sind theoretisch besser, aber enorm teurer und TLCs sind derzeit das beste was der Consumer Markt hat. Es gibt auch QLCs, 4 Bit pro Zelle, billig im Preis, billig in der Performance und bislang anfällig für schnelle Alterung, nur als Info).Wie sich die SSD über die Zeit bewährt, kann ich jetzt noch nicht sagen, aber in meinen mittlerweile über 27 Jahren in der EDV hatte ich mit Crucial noch nie Probleme, weder privat noch geschäftlich. Ich hoffe, dass sich das auch weiterhin so verhält, habe aber auch jedes Vertrauen.Fazit: Für den Preis ein solides Produkt. Durch die Partnerschaft mit Arconis ist der Umzug einer bestehenden Festplatte ein Kinderspiel und absolut schmerzfrei. Mehr als ein paar Minuten braucht man nicht, solange man von einer SSD auf eine neue SSD umzieht. Natürlich werden die Zeiten variieren, abhängig von der Menge der Daten und ob man bereits eine SSD hat, oder ob man von einer herkömmlichen HDD umzieht. Wer eine schnelle SSD benötigt zu einem günstigen Preis von einem namhaften Hersteller mit guter Support Infrastruktur ist hier gut aufgehoben. Und immer dran denken, wenn ihr eine SSD kaufen wollt, immer erheblich größer auswählen, als die Menge an Daten die ihr bereits habt. Wer z.B. eine 250GB HDD hat (ja, es gibt noch welche, die mit der Größe hantieren als Systemplatte zum Beispiel) und die Platte ist mit 200GB belegt, wird mit einer 250GB SSD nicht glücklich werden. Vor allem wenn man nur mehr Geschwindigkeit haben will aber nicht wirklich mehr Speicherplatz benötigt. SSD werden langsam je voller sie werden. Hängt damit zusammen, dass die SSD einigen freien Speicher braucht um Daten hin und herzuschaufeln. Also dann lieber die nächst größere nehmen.So, nun kann ich hingehen und die alte SSD wieder freischaufeln und als weitere SSD für Spiele verwenden ;). Der Umzug wird jetzt allerdings länger brauchen

I have a 7 year old desktop tower that had a traditional hard drive. Ever since updating to Windows 10, the boot up was sooooooo slow. It was time to update to a solid state drive (SSD).I chose this brand because their website had information showing that it is compatible with my exact brand and model of desktop. They also had excellent instructions on their website for how to clone my old hard drive to the new one.PROs:- Easy installation- Easy to clone old hard drive (needed some extra devices / products to help with this)- It was like my computer was exactly the same - all my programs and files were just there with the cloning process and now its super fast.- The cloning software on Crucial's site is called Acronis. Not sure if this more recently available than some of the other reviews on here.- Lightening fast boot up- Bios instantly recognized the SSD as the boot drive. I didn't have to do any additional configuration.- Information on Crucial's website was very helpfulCONs:- The cloning process involves some additional equipment like a SATA to USB cable that you'll use just one time. I bought this one: - It wasn't clear from Crucial's information that I would need to purchase a converter kit from the 2.5 inch drive to a 3.5 inch bay.ADVICE:Every desktop and laptop is different, so the extra equipment you will need may be different from mine.1. Be sure to back up all of your files prior to doing anything.2. With the power to your computer OFF and UNPLUGGED, open the case and identify where your current hard drive is located. Figure out how it is mounted. Mine had rails that screwed in to the front of the bay and attached to the hard drive.3. You'll probably need a converter kit if you're installing it on a desktop computer. Just search for 2.5 to 3.5 hard drive converter and you should find some options.4. Buy a new SATA cable so you are getting the maximum performance from your new SSD. I bought this one: 5. Cloning is the easiest way to go, which means your operating system, files, software and everything need to be transferred from your old hard drive to your new one. The Acronis software from Crucial's website made this easy. There were a few little quirks with this:a. The SSD has to be plugged into the PC, otherwise you cannot install the software. This is where the SATA to USB cable comes in real handy.b. The software gives you the options of automatic or manual settings for cloning. On the SSD, you do not need a partition. There is no performance gain to this, so if your old hard drive is partitioned, you might want to choose the manual settings. I did the manual settings, just to make sure the software was reading the correct drives.c. When you start the cloning process, you'll get a message that the PC needs to be restarted. You have to let it restart. When it does, the computer will go into a mode that is controlled by the Acronis software and it will start the cloning process. There is a check box to "Shut down when complete". Leave that checked.d. Depending on how big your old hard drive is, this process will take SEVERAL HOURS. I started mine before I went to bed and everything was done when I woke up. It was probably about 3 hrs. Anyway, my point is that it's not something you'll finish in one evening.
