I used this to install an aftermarket stereo in my 2015 Tacoma. This worked perfectly with a BOSS BCPA8 head unit. Steering wheel controls work well, factory back up camera works, and factory USB pork work as well.

Installed an aftermarket Sony Radio in my Wife's 2014 Toyota Rav4 (LE). Soldered all the connections and followed the instructions. Retained Back up Camera and the main steering wheel controls (Up and Down Volume, and Up and Down button to select songs). Everything else works fine, and made making my own plug and play radio wire harness easy. Even if I have to return the vehicle radio back to factory, this will make it that much easier. I would recommend.

Good news is that everything works. You must take your time in figuring out which wires you will be using and what you won't. The manual is for general use and you need to set down and go through every wire before you try to install. Some of the wires I did't need, like the one you have to insert the pin into the connector. That wire was not needed but there was another wire clearly labeled and the colors matched the colors on my radio. There were a couple of wires that didn't match the manual but they were clearly marked on the adapter itself and their colors matched the colors on the radio harness. I did not need to connect the parking brake wire to the switch as shown because there was already one in the harness. Much easier. As with any project like this, you must take your time. After install was complete, I was very happy with the result. Everything worked as it should, I only lost right and left on the steering wheel and it retained the voice button and answer button. Backup camera is good (wiring for activation also in harness). I did have to use the little adapter that came with the harness, no problems with that. The factory radio had a unit under it that had a couple of connectors that were not used when I was finished. Not sure what it was but I'm not missing any features. The was a note saying I needed to change a dip switch in the box. Choices were 5 volt or 3.3 volt, I didn't see any switches and didn't want to open the box so I did not change anything and it was fine. There are a LOT of connector on the back of the factory radio. These harnesses are a must for making installation easy.

Fácil de instalar, reteniendo los comandos básicos del volante como entrada en estéreo, volumen, siguiente cancion, retiene cámara de reversa original, buen producto
