Good sturdy to do list. I have ADHD and it keeps me on track when I use it. I also like that is is undated, so my starts and stops don’t feel like a waste when I forget to use it.

The best part of this little notebook planner is that it doesn't have dates in it. I can go several days sometimes using the same page as my "to do" lists are outrageous. When you are through with the front side, turn the notebook over and start on the back side! Great idea, great organization for my overwhelming feelings, and great way to feel successful at the end of the day!
