I used this to pre portion then freeze ground meats so I know exactly the amount I am cooking. The smallest I use for yogurt and cottage cheese.

Purchase these for a portion control for diabetic family member needing to cut back and lose weight. Please give a perfect visual and measurement of food groups, however they would serve better in a cafeteria type setting as the handles are very extended and curved in a way that they are difficult to store in the average kitchen drawer. (My husband said they looked like something the military would use in a mess hall to ration out food to troops 😄) I probably would not purchase again based on the handle lengths, but they have served their purpose in portion controlling and changing some of our eating behaviors without me having to personally correct and restrict anyone as they can see for themselves how much they are getting. Would also be good in a school cafeteria, summer camp, food pantry, or church serving food to large groups of people and needing to ensure they serving equal portions and have enough for everyone. The grip part of the handles are plastic and I'm not sure how long they would hold up in a three meal a day cafeteria setting as they don't seem super sturdy.
