Professional arborist here,, and this was a disaster.. This cord is too slick and too firm and the eyes are massive. The stitching is 3 times as long as it should be and nowhere near as tight or thorough as it needs to be. Horrible value even for the money. The best thing I can think to use them for is a redirect, as they won't hold a hitch at all. Not an arbsession hitch, not a prusik, not any of them. Don't buy it. Its just the bottom of the barrel for quality, period. Does not work as intended. Looks weak.

These are nice prusics, they are however pretty tight and stiff when first removed from the pack, but with a bit of working them they loosen up pretty well!!! Seem to hold well, haven't really gotten to put them through the paces yet but I'm sure their time is coming!!! Will update more on them once I do!!!

it is super hard to dress on anything under a 13mm rope , super stiff, i’ve been a professional climber for 45 years and i would say if you are a rock climber or hobby/hunting climber to go with something a little more flaccid because even on a 13mm rope it is super tough to wrap a prusik with 31” of this and have it grab when using a rope wrench, it seems like quality materials but unless you are super strong and are using 13 mm lifelines i would go for something thinner and softer like a hollow block aramid
