Bought a bunch of these 6 years ago and they still look/work great! Have lost a lot over the years because people take them or throw them away. So I'm buying another set now.

I wanted a set of unbreakable wine glasses to use around the hot tub. I was expecting something ugly that would taste like plastic. These almost look like glass, are scratch-resistant, and above all do not impart any plastic taste. They are not quite as clear as glass, they are lighter and obviously not glass, but their properties are so favorable I find myself reaching for them instead of my glass goblets.

From a few feet away, these appear like stemless wine glasses. They look a bit smoky in the picture, but they aren't; they are clear like glass.These are very durable, very stable(they don't tip over easily) and dishwasher safe. They make decent highball glasses in a pinch, and are great for parties since accidental drops are inevitable but glass shards around drunk people is a disaster. I would totally buy these again if I ever needed to, but since they are unbreakable....I don't think I will need to.

I have used these for a few months now. They have worked well. I've dropped them as a test and they survived without any dents or chips. I was them in my dishwasher which uses a sanitize heat. They have not deformed from that heat. I've seen some other plastic items deform in that heat. I've had a few friends mention they prefer glass for wine drinking. A few others prefer to have stems. I picked the ones without stems as they take less room on the shelf.

We go through so many glasses in our home. They get accidently knocked over, or broken in the sink. These "glasses" are just what we needed. They look just like glass and they can survive my son's hands any day. My husband and I will be purchasing some of the other styles as well. Some of the other reviews mentioned not putting them in a dishwasher. I don't own an automatic dishwasher so I didnt' have that experience. However they wash very nicely in the sink.
