I bought this for Thanksgiving to make gravy from my turkey drippings. It came very quickly and is a perfect size. It worked great and the top strainer worked well. For once or twice a year I think it will be fine but if you use it often it may not last long? Worth the low cost. The green grater that comes with it I can't figure out how to use. There are No instructions for either items.

I love to make and can my own bone broth and this fat separator works just perfect to get a great and health broth without all of the thick layer of fat on top. I would recommend!

I make my own bone broth and this was so easy to use to fill the jars directly for canning and keeping the fat out.

It was delivered with in the scheduled time line. It is a gift. I have one from another source and it works great. So I assume this one will also.
