Fits almost the same as the $100+ custom mouth guards. Good investment and quality.

I've never had a custom mouth guard so I cannot confirm that this mouth guard offers custom-like fit. I can, however, attest that it is far superior to similar products. Once I put it in it stays put an it actually takes some effort to remove it, which is a good thing.The boil-and-bite process was straight forward and easy to do. I did it twice because I was not quite happy with it the first time. The impressions got a bit more pronounced after the second try and I'm very happy with the mouth guard overall.

This is my favorite mouth guard so far!1) I did have to mold it twice but it fit perfectly and comfortably2) I’ve been doing martial arts for almost a decade and this is the first mouth guard I’ve used that I can spar with during Jiu Jitsu and breath easily. I don’t do striking as much nowadays, so I can’t vouch for that level of protection, but I still think taking a strong knee or elbow to the face/jawline without losing teeth is pretty darn good3) It’s easy to clean and not bulky, so you won’t have to feel like a silverback gorilla wearing it as you face your opponents lol4) Very affordable and average shipping arrival expectancy
