On occasion, it rains so hard that water seeps under the foundation flashing. I repaired the boards and wanted an adhesive/sealant that would prevent water from seeping under the flashing (the red line I drew in the image). I actually called the Dap company and spoke to a representative about my needs. The guy was super helpful and this is the product recommended. It's been in place 2 years now and appears to work great. As others have mentioned, the stuff is very sticky so when you are using it wear gloves or the nitrile gloves.

Very sticky and adheres very well to concrete, a bit messy and takes quite a while to dry especially if it is laid thick.However it is all worth it as once it adheres and dries (which took a week in the middle of the summer at 100+ degrees almost every day) you can drive on it without any issues
