It works perfect on my Nissan Altima 2023 S model. I connected it to the back of the rear view mirror to plug in my dash cam.

Product fit great made installation easy. Avoids wiring a cable to the USB or cigarette lighter. Comes with three additional cables if you have type c, micro USB, and the older style USB form. Very discreet so you don't see cable sticking out here and there. Highly recommended.Only take back is delivery took to long to arrive issues with Amazon damaging the package first and second time the shipper taking over a week to ship

The power cable that comes with most dash cams is a bit too short for larger SUV's like the one in our family. Originally I went with a longer USB cable to cigarette lighter USB adapter for our SUV, but this is a much neater solution.I was able to unplug the existing mirror's connector, plug this this one in. It has a pass through to allow the mirror/compass/HomeLink to continue to work, but also gives you a USB port. A short USB to whatever type of USB cable your dash cam uses makes for a much simpler and neater installation.The tradeoff is there's more stuff behind the mirror, but with some matching ZIP ties and adhesive, it makes for a much neater and simpler install without having to run a long wire under the dash, under the plastic covers, rubber gaskets and edge of the headliner.Good value and product. Works well and reduces install time spent on tucking wires along the path from the power socket, OBD port, or fuse box of your car.
