The thing is junk it over charges! Cooked two of my batteries. Run away! Yes you can get it replaced but who pays for the damage it did?

I bought this alternator and had to pay a shop four hours of labor at $105.00 per hour and it worked for a whopping two weeks, then when I turn on the tri-pac A P U it would run for about five minutes and then it would shut down and the unit display would indicate alternator shut down, the reason it took four hours to install is its very tight to reach. The return policy is only good for 30 days, so by the time I got the work done and was able to use it for two weeks, the unit began to fail. Very disappointed.
