Works as described. Been using Donaldson filters for years and would recommend these filters. Great products. Great value for the money.

This works well on doors not used daily. It has started to stick and not open easily on the one door I use daily. I normally only close it at night and have begun having problems opening it in the morning.

Soft nickel screws strip easy. I’d suggest hand tighten towards the end. Other than that works great.

It filters coolant. While it won't magically make your coolant turn back to its original color and opacity, it will capture stuff that is floating in the loop.I used this on a Dodge Dakota shortly after I got a used engine and had it still get coolant dirty after a flush. The filter pictured has about 5000 miles on it, and it is the first. I screwed it onto a Wix 24763 filter base and plumbed it in line with the heater core, and decided to mount it towards the passenger side of the radiator.
