This was one of the few aprons I found that went over the shoulders rather than around the neck. I absolutely love it. I also love that it clips rather than ties. Lots of pockets.

Thought #1 - This is very giftable for any 'IT' fan, whether the person loves the novel or the 2017/2019 movies, but it is **extremely** giftable for anyone who loved the 1990's 'IT' mini-series (starring Tim Curry as Pennywise). It's packaged nicely and tied with a bow - so, perfect for gifting.Thought #2 - Yes, it is long. Aprons are meant to cover most of the front of your body, and this does. For me, it is **comically** long because I am only five feet tall. I may see if a family member can shorten it somehow, but I am used to things being too big for me. And since I'm only wearing this at home while doing meal prep by myself, I don't care that it's so long.Thought #3 - The material is similar to a tea towel or flour-sack type of towel. Thin, but durable. The graphic is bright and clear. It washes nicely and doesn't fade.Thought #4 - You could probably convert this into a framed print. Just buy a blank canvas square, and staple it onto the canvas for relatively inexpensive horror art.

I was unsure what to buy, there are so many options on Amazon and this one seems the most durable and much more suitable for the woodwork I do.One of the reasons for buying this was because it has lots of pockets, perfect for those masses of smaller tools I very often leave have to keep searching for after placing them down somewhere.Putting it on is fine to be honest with you, which goes against some comments. I just place everything over my head, then slide my arms between the loops and fasten behind my back. You just have to get the straps to the right length first.A good purchase indeed.

My son loves to cook, and spends considerable time in the kitchen preparing wonderful things for me to eat--especially now that we are 6 months into a three week quarantine thanks to the insidious coronavirus. Because he spends so much time in the kitchen, the typical apron just doesn't cut it. The halter style pulls at his neck and if it has any pockets, even a phone just adds to the pull. I'm a long time acquaintance to neck and back pain and don't want him to have ongoing issues. He saw this apron, so I got him one--in black. He LOVES it. He loves to grill and with pockets and straps aplenty, he can load up on grilling tools, his phone, whatever, and get what he needs to do done. Between the grilling and baking all our bread (yummy) his aprons gets dirty. Hey, all that kneading, dusting flower, making his mother panna cotta and smoked beef ribs for her birthday--he needs some props. SO, I bought him a second apron he can use while one is in the wash. It all sounds very altruistic, but I assure you it is entirely self-serving. When he was a kid we used to joke that he would starve to death as an adult single male if he didn't live next door to a fast food joint. Now the jokes on me. I'll probably starve to death or exist on Cheetos when this pandemic ends and my endless source of delicious, preservative free foods moves on to a new career. You can see some of his yumminess at esmfoodie on Instragram, and probably his apron, too. He consistently remarks on how much he loves both aprons. Their comfort, durability and ease of use are great. The only downside I can think of to this apron is that it is recommended to remove the leather piece on the back that holds the straps between your shoulder blades when you wash it. But because of the seams on the ends of the straps you can't get the plastic buckles off to pull off the leather piece. He and I stood in front of the wash machine debating, "Do we?" "Don't we?" Well, we did and it washed just fine. He hang dries it, just in case. Typically, I don't leave reviews. Or take surveys. Everybody on Earth wants you to do one or the other these days. Even if you only bought a single nail at Home Depot--please take our survey... But I don't. You have to either really piss me off or make me very happy to get either one. However, this apron has brought him so much happiness and is a really great product. So here I am, writing a review. This is a great apron.
