El equipo en sí, cumple con la descripción , pero si reistalas Windows te pide una key para activar el S.O. es decir si no sigues ciertos pasos se pierde la licencia.

I have read a lot of complaints about this unit, but I have none. It is as described and worked perfectly right out of the box.

Update 12.20.24 Thank God for Amazon customer service! The computer worked until 12.6.24. Then it shut down giving a BIOs error. Contacting the seller is useless. They will reply to messages with IT solutions, that if you are not tech savvy, probably won't be able to attempt. Luckily, I am tech savvy, but the computer still won't work. Seller is not good at customer service or truly wanting to replace/ repair the item. This is a very good value for the person who does not want to spend a lot of money on a new computer. It does everything as well as a new top dollar computer. Windows 11 works well. Like any new computer, you will need to update preferences and download from the cloud or transfer your files. It's a really simple set up. There were no compatibility issues with my printer, monitor or mouse.The only complaint that I have is the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the unit. They are really cheap and it's probably better for you to use your existing keyboard and mouse or purchase new ones. For me neither the mouse nor the keyboard would stay connected.

The product is fast and reasonably priced. Amazon is always superior to Walmart online.

I am having major issues with this machine from first startup. The computer would continually crash. have done 47 driver updates so far and still crashes. Sometimes it would run for a few hours with no issues only to crash again. Aside from driver and software issues it appeared that it possibly could be a memory issue. I took the machine apart and discovered one of the four memory chips was not mounted properly and was loose in the slot. That has been rectified but still didn’t solve all the issues. This is really frustrating for all of the down time plus time spent loading all the programs only to have to wipe everything if I have to return it. Definitely not happy with this particular product.
