Bought this refurbished Dell mini Optiplex, but was not loaded with Windows 11. Had to spend a lot of time with Amazon techs and calls to Dell. Dell kept telling it was out of Warranty which I already knew and the first Tech that helped me at Amazon was Fantastic and Knowledgeable. However, I still needed help. Well, grrrrrrrrrr, the 2nd tech I spoke to had about as much knowledgeable as I had or could not be bothered. He put us in touch with Dell. I had suggested a replacement from the start but he did not want to listen to me. Finally after trying this and that he suggested a replacement. I asked when my replacement would arrive, he said look at my account and figure it out. That was like on the 2nd or 3rd of the month and my replacement would arrive between the 16 n18th of the month. A long wait, so I ended up canceling.

All I wanted and expected was a normal, typical computer monitor. This monitor REFUSES to follow any power setting. It shuts off when it feels like it even when set to "never" and the most egregious - when I turn my computer off, the monitor stays on for another 5 minutes. I have to turn off the monitor manually every time or watch it do its 5 minute countdown. No setting or "cure" exists for this. I've searched online endlessly in vane and read how a lot of people have this same problem, but there's no way to fix it. I don't care how good or what the picture quality is - this is so annoying that it is unforgivable. I will never buy a Dell product again after decades of being a "Dell person" - this monitor has ruined any regards I ever had for the brand.

La descripción del equipo indica que tiene Wifi y solo cuenta con tarjeta de red alambrica.
