The faceplate for the shower handle didn’t even have the peerless logo. It was blank. I believe this is a knock off of the original.

I ordered two of these and had them delivered to a contractor to install in my rental property. I live more than 1000 miles away and was not able to see them before they were installed and used. The property manager let me know that one shower head was keeling and the other handle kept falling off. I sent the contractor back and he said the shower head was defective and when I arrived to see for myself I found that these are Peerless brand-- not Delta like the description said. I'm very upset!

Had some trouble installing the tub spout - without installation instructions. Other than that, all good.

Peerless while made by Delta is a lesser quality product. Promising one product at a specified price and providing a lesser product is a deceitful bait and switch tactic to sell this lesser product. The faucet looks lovely in the photos, however in person it looks and feels like cheap plastic. I can’t say how it works because I won’t attempt to install this on my Delta rough.

Looks great and performs well. The set screw for the bath faucet goes right into the pipe, instead of tightening a collar. This isn't ideal, but not a deal breaker. The faucet is also very thin material, so it feels kind of flimsy.Note: There's a scald prevention control adjustments needed in the handle to ensure you get hot water. Without adjusting, the valve barely let any hot water through, making the water lukewarm at best. Make sure to test and adjust as needed.
