I measured torque at 15kgf-cm, which is about half of max. When limiting torque, the clutch releases and create a type of hammer-drill function and ripples the torque significantly, which makes it somewhat useless. I haven't measured RPM, but it definitely far off 900rpm..BUT - the build quality is okay and it works. The bit holder isn't that great, as well, there's either no retention on some bits and some retention on others, but it's not locking like a typical bit holder. For instance, I have a makita impact drill which is far superior at holding bits with zero play.

The drill itself says 850 RPM, but when you use it you can count the rate of rotation. This one is about 240 RPM, and the only reason I bought it was the high advertised RPM.

Incapable de visser une vis dans un simple morceau de bois tendre. Peut servir pour faire des chanfreins de vis dans le bois seulement. Assez deçu pour le prix.

It's tough. I egregiously misused it for about 100 hours and it's still going strong. No complaints here.
