Very fun and pretty accurate. Would be double the price if it was a different color!

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $34.29 with no discount/coupon currently being offered by the seller at this time. This is the first of its kind for me, had no idea these types of devices could be so affordable given the quality build and clear digital readout. No complaints on the pricing front.Although I wish it didn’t come in pink, I’m cool with it so long as it works well. My suggestion however would be to make it more of a neutral color choice such as white-on-white, or all white with accents of silver. Otherwise, it may inadvertently be limiting your audience. Can you imagine this being the color of preference for a handyman dude? Not necessarily a dealbreaker (or maybe) but definitely a small deterrent from what could easily have been made into a more inclusive product. Is it a stretch to assume this might look better tailored towards an overbearing and overly conscientious mom in a matching barbie pink apron? You know, looking for that devil behind every bush, fine combing the home for any potential leak points.I digress, this unit seems to work fine, although you’ll have to get fairly close to your electronics, and so I’m hoping it’s reading accurately and sensitively enough. If this is the case, it’s a good sign since after scanning our beds and other regions we spend a good deal of time don’t seem to show much hint of EMF radiation. However, if you go closer to electronics it tends to give a hard read with certain devices. Not sure how to interpret the data, does that mean if you’re as close as the reader is to the device your scanning, that’s how strong the EMF will be?It seems to redline on the “harmful” meter quite frequently, just be sure to use common sense and not to freak out. The last thing anybody wants to see (and this includes the neighbours) is a frantic barbie dressed mother (or father) dumping all their electronics on their front curbside. RELAX. I really think they should have increased the scale and added a green, yellow/amber, and then a red zone, but only for seriously worrisome readings.DON’T FREAK OUT. A lot of my household electronics seemed to redline. My suggestion is keep your bed area as free as you can from EMF. The further your head is from the headboard and away from your nightstand’s alarm clock the better. The bed is where you spend the most part of your day sleeping, so it’s worth a consideration.I ran a test. When directing this at my phone, it appears to pick up a “pulsating” reading going from “safe” to “harmful” consistently. My guess is the way it’s broadcasting or something related to frequencies. Anywho, noticed a dramatic difference when we set it on “airplane” mode. Best to keep it in that mode next or away from your bed as you sleep. Better yet, just shut it off, and assuming you have a full charge, then unplug it from your charger.
