It took me a while to find a cable like this and I love it. It basically transforms the output of your instruments into USB-C so you can use it with your mobile devices. This is a great solution for a portable studio or portable recording. I love it.

The cable is well made and designed. This guitar cable is the standard 1/4" and plugs into any device that is USB-C compatible. Most modern computers have USB-C these days so you can plug directly in. Once you get your software, or DAW up and running, you can then plug in your guitar and start playing and /or recording. The cable itself worked great and after tweaking my DAW, I had zero latency. This is a great cable for those needing to play their guitar using a 1/4" to USB-C connection. It's the perfect length for most who will be sitting at their workstation and playing. Excellent cable. Works as intended!

The cable is a little too short to reach the rear I/O of my desktop and comfortably to my guitar, leaves little slack to even stand up and take my guitar off. Yet another reason I should have gotten a new case for my latest PC build. I don't know if this is meant to use with an audio interface. I had hoped to connect to Guitar Rig 7 or AmpliTube 5, but I wasn't able to connect directly to the PC, though that may have been my fault as connecting directly with the number of audio devices I have installed often proves a challenge and the latency makes it difficult to play. I'd somehow hoped that my new PC and a new cable would solve some, if not all of the issues. It did, in a way. I found my Real Tone cable and I got an audio interface in the form of a Spark Go. If this cable were longer perhaps I'd have tried harder to get it working. It always is a lot further from point A to point B than you would initially think when measuring for cables.

Devinal Guitar to USB C Cable, 1/4" inch TS to USB-C Audio Cable Gold Plated 6.6 FeetThis is a really impressive audio cable from Devinal. I really like that they gold plated the ¼” cable end. I needed to use an adapter on the USB C end (to lightning adapter) to connect this cable to my iPhone. The phone was able to immediately recognize the input cord and it worked perfectly. Devinal includes an instruction sheet for Mac and PC. I followed the directions but couldn’t get it to work on my (Windows 10) PC. My PC didn’t have the necessary ‘USB PnP Audio Device' input. My PC is currently set up with M-Audio Delta audio system inputs, so maybe that overrides the ‘USB PnP Audio Device' input… anyway I didn’t want to mess up my system so I'll have to try to get it set up on another PC. In any event this is a great guitar cable to use for digital recording.
