Works very good for rust and paint removable. Holding up well, losing very few wires. Face and eye protection a must, gloves and sleeves advised!

Good purchase, I should have purchased this for my Dewalt Angle Grinder a long time ago. I have a project to remove rust from my porch railings before painting. The Dewalt wire took the rust off very quickly. I was not sure how well this would work,, but this worked great. I would purchase this again.

Have some old equipment I'm restoring and it's got heavy rust build up. After trying by hand with wire brushes in vain I bought this for a grinder. It made easy work of the job although it doesn't get into corners very well due to the diameter of the wire twists.After using it for ~1hr to remove rust and old paint it's still in good shape - ends are slightly bent but it's got a lot more life in it.

el trenzado ya se empezó a despeinar y lo he usado unas 3 veces para limpiar soldadura. sigue funcionando muy bien pero pensé que duraría más tiempo trenzado

Used this wheel to grind down steel rim for a new paint job. Worked great. Worth the price.

Great wire wheel, better quality than cheaper brands. Lasts a long time and rarely throws strands. Lasts even longer if you keep it away from sharp edges like those on plate steel, etc. Blows rust, paint, corrosion, anything really right off the metal. I noticed it last longer the more worn down it gets. Will last also longer if you switch to a flap disc or sanding pad once you get the thick stuff off. I order a few and still have the first one. Used it to clean up the floor of a cherokee, few diff covers, and plenty of other things I can't think of right now and its still got some life left.Doesn't often throw strands like I said, but when it does they sting! Eye protection and gloves are a must, and long sleeves highly recommended. Be careful to keep it away from skin like anything attached to a grinder. 5 stars, just wish they were cheaper but at least they last awhile!
