What I don't love...or even like.... was the seller of them....David's Tools. I ordered 2-10 packs. They arrived in a typical time period. I opened the box and they were wrapped.... loose .....no manufacturers packaging.....with a sheet of bubble wrap. Thats ok with me. But when I counted them there were 19.....and that's not 20. Someone miscounted. Simple enough. I emailed David's Tools. Told them the situation. I was concerned they wouldn't believe me. How do you prove you didn't receive something...or part of something? So...a few hours later I received a response. Instead of any response I could imagine or refusing my request, they asked for a picture of the product....the packaging and the invoice. A picture. Seriously? A picture showing 19 instead of 20? What in the name of logic does that prove? Proves nothing at all. I wrote to them saying that. Asked that they just send me the missing wonderful wheel. They wrote back saying they needed the pictures. Geez...OK. So I took the pictures.Sent them. It took a couple efforts to figure it out because the process isn't intuitive and there's a 10mb limit on size. But they got them and said they were proceeding with the "replacement". Hmmmm....you can't replace something you never sent.... but that's splitting hairs isnt it?....I asked for the owner of David's Tools phone number so I could discuss their policies and procedures. Seems like a small business right? Davids Tools? Maybe I could convince the boss? They responded saying they only communicate by email or messaging. So I asked for his email. They responded telling the tracking number for the"replacement" package. By now I'd had it....way over all of this dumbness....and wasting my time trying to convince people who can't or wont be convinced. I sarcastically asked for pictures of the disc.. packaging and invoice that they were sending....I got no response to that.😂So I gave them 5 stars. For the product...not for the seller....who I would give a 1. Maybe.I was just trying to get an error resolved. Their solution was ludicrous. It proved nothing. I should have taken a picture of 13 and said they didn't send me 7. But I only did the truthful thing. But that was their procedure....I guess... and they were sticking to it. So I'll try very hard to not buy anything from David's Tools in the future. I might suggest you want to do the same. Who knows what other interesting policies they follow.

They arrived in a sandwich bag in a box. Good savings and a great product. They get the job done !!

I've already used 4 of them and threw 2 away because they were so warped, too dangerous to use them. I have no idea if it's a manufacturing flaw or how they were stored. I haven't checked the last 4 for warpage but a ratio of 1 out 3 that's unusable is unacceptable hence the 4 star. I guess I'll just buy them at the big box store, at least I could return them and I never had problems with warpage.
