I used these bottles for my homemade chocolate syrup that I gave our neighbors for Christmas. Worked great and are inexpensive.

Only gave 4 because plastic I thought would be a bit better, but other than that exactly as described. Good price

The bottle is small as I needed but the shape of it so awkward in the hand and plastic is thick and hard to squeeze. I return mine. It is a good price tho....

I'm migrating all of my house-made cocktail syrups from standard 750ml Torani bottles (re-used) into these smaller bottles because they hold 12 oz with nearly no wasted space other than the spout, and 12 oz lasts me a decent amount of time per syrup. Time will tell if the syrups keep as long as they do in my glass bottles, but we will see. I'm just happy that they fit against each other so well with no loss of volume to round bottle shapes in the refrigerator. I'm able to put them in a good tight shelving space instead of needing a giant tall space to put my bottles in. So it's just going to be an overall better organizational scheme for my two mini-fridges and will let me keep more of other items, like beer and canned club soda, chilled, instead of my syrups and juices commanding most of the space. With regard to the bottle itself, the thing I was worried about before picking these up was how well that little cap will seal. Well, it has good deal of friction, let me tell you, which is why they've that got that plastic strap on there. You reeeeeally need to apply some good upward thumbnail friction to get that thing off. So I have some belief that it's getting at least a decent seal, and the sugar content of the syrup and a touch of everclear will protect the rest (I know that they say Everclear is a myth, but it has borne out in my experience). Another thing I recommend doing is plumbers tape on the threads for just that extra bit of air seal.Anyhow, I'm very happy to pick these up for a summer project of converting my syrups out and getting space back in my fridges. They are a 5 for me.
