Doesnt fit my DirtDevil, even though the blurb said it did.

The holes in this filter are much smaller than the original and does not allow the air to flow through the filter. This caused ours to overheat. So, we threw out the vacuum and purchased another one.

The new Dirt Devil vacuum stick uses a F25 filter, but it' not the same F25 filter used in the older models. It took me some research to find this out. This one fits the older Dit Devil model, and works great. It fits snugly so no air escapes, cutting down the suction. I'm very pleased.

I did return this item although it was quality made. It did not fit my vacunm

I have a Dirt Devil Simpli Stik three-in-one Model SD20000 which requires an F25 filter. This one is a perfect fit. I had checked many websites, finding filters which were almost identical. But then I'd read customer reviews, and the majority stated the filters didn't fit. Before ordering this filter on Amazon, there was a link to enter the model number, and then the manufacturer's name. When I did so, I received a reply saying this filter would fit my vacuum. They were absolutely right! Will purchase again when needed.
