Through the years I have bought a lot of vacuum bags, some major brand and some generic. I have liked both. With my new Dirt Devil Tatoo canister vacuum I looked up knock off brands to save money, and began reading reviews. Many people were satisfied, but many were not. I did not like how reviewers mentioned that the knock off ones did not fit correctly, and many were undersized and did not fit in the side slots correctly. So I went with the Dirt Devil 6 pack of O filter allegen bags so that I could avoid the hassle of generic bags not fitting correctly. Since these bags are the same brand as my vacuum they do indeed fit correctly and are the same as the 3 that came with my vacuum cleaner, originally. They work very well, but are small because the space inside the vacuum is very limited. My older Dirt Devil cannister has a larger bag area and I like that much better, but it did not have a retractable cord like my newer model does. So it is a give and take on that I guess. The new bags are also pricier than the older Dirt Devil bags which doesn't make much sense considering they ALL are basically just a piece of cardboard and paper bag, right?? Anyway, the new ones worked out to about $1.61 per bag in a 6 pack, and that is fairly affordable, but 6 go pretty fast when the bags do not hold much dirt to begin with. So yes, I am pleased with the bags fitting correctly in my vaccuum, but do wish the space inside was larger.

I couldn’t find these replacement bags in the local stores. Of course Amazon has them! At a great price. And they work flawlessly.

With a large house and three dogs, over the years, I go through vacuums and vacuum bags like crazy.I generally prefer vacuums that don't require bags, but I do have the little dirt devil tattoo vacuum that is just too cute to give up, even though it's on life support. These bags fit perfectly and keep any escaping dust to a minimum. When you buy them in the six pack they are a decent value, and having them delivered right to my door is certainly a time saver.
