This costume is very well-made and fits perfectly. It looked adorable on my red-headed daughter, who wanted to dress up as Ariel from "The Little Mermaid." It did require a little steaming before the first use due to how it was packaged, but after that, we didn't need to do it again. She wore it on three different occasions, and like most kids, she never hung it back up after wearing it. Just picture it laying on the floor like it does in every teenager's room until you’ve reminded them for the twentieth time to hang it up.

Get a different corset and steam it so it looks better. Cotton material. Make sure you follow size guide appropriately. Might run a tad big but with a corset no problems. Some loose threads easily cut off.

Loved this dress for my Ariel costume, unfortunately the Corset is poorly designed, no matter how tight you make the back, it just slides down.I had to hot glue the top of the black corset to the blue fabric to make it stay. Solved the problem!But something the maker should have thought of?

The dress and bow are good quality material. Very comfortable, and very cute. I took a star off for the bodice. I had to put pins in it to keep it up over my bust. I also had to tie it as tight as humanly possible despite choosing my size very carefully. It has a great shape, but no structure. If you have seam rippers, and know how to sew, I recommend creating a second layer inside of a thick, stiff upholstery fabric. Should make it act more like a real bodice. Everyone else, plan on purchasing a separate corset. Other than that, one of the better budget friendly costumes out there.

Bought for Ariel and it is great! Lovely fabric. Bow is beautiful. Not thin fabric. Really impressed!! And quick shipping. Love it. Very authentic Ariel looking for Halloween.
