So replaced a cheap unit with this thinking it looked nice (yeah I need to fix the peeling clear but you can't see it from the ground lol) and since I didn't need the cargo light I figured why not. Well I found out why and just finished reinstalling the cheap one that's about 5 year old.It had been in since July 2020 (Amazon shows June 28th order date, so just assuming 2 days later plus a couple days to finally install, had to be July) and I only just recently started getting water in the cab, slightly, when it rains. It didn't seem like the 3rd brake light because the headlight was always dry so I didn't even look at it.Well decided today to go ahead and reseal the 3rd brake light anyway and climb in the bed to the pictured mess. It's cracked on both sides and the plastic is heavily fogged. That's is not just it being wet, it's heavily discolored. I pulled the light off and it was about 1/4 way filled with water.The water in cab issue has only been going on a couple months, so assuming this does turn out to be the issue then it was fine for about 10 months. Water does pour out of the hole for the wiring in the back so I do think this was it.

Very happy with this item. The bed light is extremely bright compared to the factory light. Looks very cool at night and when braking. Would buy again.

Works good just need to add a power reducer for the led side lig hgt stay on when truck is on not all the way on just very dim

Looks great! Typical led issue where the hook up light feature stays dimly lit.
