Used on a 2002 vw jetta 1.8t and fixed the exhaust leak I had. Very happy that the sound and scent of exhaust is gone. Good materials used and came with gasket and bolts.

I'm pretty handy, but left the welding up the to the local muffler shop. An hours worth of labor and it's in the car working fine.

So the angle on the flex pipe its self is off by abit and its forcing quite hard to line up with the rest of the exhaust. Also dont know why they give 4 bolts nuts and washers when the exhaust is bolted up

End result: it all fit back on the car, albeit with a little tension, but I feel that's due to the error in angle and not anything to do with this part.Steps:Used a large piece of cardboard to trace the shape of old flex pipe, then used that to compare with this part and cut off the right amount, cleaned the old pipe, this one fit over it easiey.Lined it up to my traced cardboard, spot weld to hold it, then welded circumference (poorly, because welding is hard), didn't need the new bolts, end result: see above. No idea how long it'll last but seemed to be fairly good quality, especially for the price.Original Review:Sept 1st 2021Edit: Sept 4th 2022Still good :)
