Very happy with these ropes. I had old cotton lines on my sailboat when I bought it. They were old and dried up, so stiff it was hard to put on the cleats. I know these nylon lines will last for years without getting stiff. The 12" split eye works well for my oversized old style cleats. 20' is perfect for extra wide slip my sailboat is in. I am so confident in these ropes I'm going to go ahead and get another set for my houseboat. I do prefer the black lines, I just think they look better.

I got these to replace some aging spring lines on our boat. At 20 feet, they are the right length for our needs, and the breaking strength of 1/2” lines is exactly what we need. The 12” eyes are all perfectly spliced and even, and the bitter ends are both whipped and heat treated (kinda belt and suspenders) so they won’t fray or unravel. The four pack is great because if it’s time to replace one, it’s probably time to replace all of your spring lines (or where ever you’re using these). These lines are competitively priced, well constructed, and I expect them to last.

4 pack of 1/2inch double braided nylon mooring lines. At 20 feet these are a good all round length fitting most docking needs for small craft. The eyes are a uniform 12 inches. Line color is black which I find pleasing when coiled and stored or even flaked on the dock. They simply don't show dirt and grime as white lines will eventually do. The bitter end has been nicely melted leaving a clean end. If you can't splice your own mooring lines then these are a good option.
