I replaced my old crossover pipe on a 2008 Ford Taurus-X. (Same engine found on Edge, Flex, some Fusion and regular Taurus/ 3.5 Duratec). The Dorman one came with 2 gaskets. I decided to use Mahle gaskets instead as the ones included were of unknown quality. Make sure you look carefully at the pipe orientation before removing and replacing your old one.*FREE TIP; there is a video on Youtube featuring this job. The 2 guys doing it online got it wrong. You need to disconnect FIRST the thermostat housing from he lower manifold intake. (3 x 8mm bolts). Then lift up the rest of the lower manifold out of the way. This way you will end up with only the lower pipe attached to the thermostat housing like showed on this picture. If you do use the wrong technique on the online video, you will aggravate this job and bend this pipe.
